Life happens, and we completely understand that plans can change. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
When booking, we do require a credit card to hold your spot, but don’t worry, your card won’t be charged unless the policy is broken. If you cancel, reschedule within 24 hours, or don’t show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of your total service cost will be charged to your card.
Any unpaid cancellation fees must be taken care of before booking your next appointment. This policy helps us respect our artists’ time and ensures we can keep serving all our clients fairly.

Structured Gel Manicure – about 1.5–2 hrs
